With a 30+ year reputation we take tremendous pride in delivering you a beautiful fresh Christmas Tree. Being that fresh cut Christmas trees are perishable and seasonal, refunds are not available. However, we want our customers when purchasing a Christmas tree from us to feel confident that they will be heard with any concerns. In the event of any issues we will be happy to work with you to make things right.
